Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Pibble Paws. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Your right to cancel (UK customers). Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This statutory right applies in addition to our 30-day policy.
Condition. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return. Email us at pibbleandpaws@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with confirmation and the return address.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for paying their own return postage. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items sent without tracking. Returns should be sent to: Pibble Paws, 76 Overdale, M27 5WZ, United Kingdom.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll cover the cost of putting it right — including return postage where applicable — with a replacement or full refund. Please include photos to help us resolve it quickly.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
