Shipping policy
Where we ship. Pibble Paws currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery is up to 2 weeks from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, customs, weather, and peak periods.
Shipping rates.
- Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate
- Express shipping: $19.99 flat rate
Customs, duties & taxes. Orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes applied when the package reaches the destination. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer; Pibble Paws has no control over them and can't predict their amount.
Tracking. A tracking number is provided with every order. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at pibbleandpaws@gmail.com.
Lost or delayed orders. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
